VAIONYX Solutions provides digital services. No physical products are shipped, so physical shipping charges and delivery tracking do not apply.
Assessment access
Assessments are delivered online through the service when access is available and any applicable purchase requirements have been completed. Access depends on the operation and configuration of the platform.
Digital certificates
If you meet the passing criteria for an assessment, an eligible digital certificate is made available electronically. Certificate availability depends on the assessment and platform functionality. We do not promise a specific delivery time unless one is stated for the assessment.
Access issues
If you experience a technical problem accessing a purchased assessment or certificate, contact support@vaionyxsolutions.online. Include your name, assessment, and transaction reference if relevant. Do not include full payment-card details.
