By accessing or using the VAIONYX Solutions website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of services
VAIONYX Solutions provides online skill assessments and, where applicable, digital certificates for users who meet the stated passing criteria. Available subjects, assessment details, fees, and features may vary.
3. User eligibility and information
You are responsible for providing accurate information and using the service lawfully. Information used for assessment access or certificate creation should be correct; errors may affect service delivery or certificate details.
4. Assessment process
Each assessment may have its own format, questions, time limits, attempt rules, and passing criteria. Review the details shown for the assessment before payment or participation. Assessment results are based on submitted responses and the criteria for that assessment.
5. Certificate issuance
A digital certificate is issued only when the relevant assessment is successfully completed under its passing criteria. A VAIONYX Solutions certificate confirms successful completion of the corresponding VAIONYX Solutions assessment. It does not constitute a government qualification, academic degree, or guarantee of employment unless separately stated for a specific program.
We do not guarantee that an employer, educational institution, or other organization will accept or recognize a certificate.
6. Payments
Applicable fees will be shown with the relevant service when available. Payment methods depend on the configured checkout. Payment gateway integration is not represented as active unless presented as available at checkout. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms.
7. Digital delivery
Assessments are delivered online. Eligible certificates are made available electronically. See the Shipping Policy for details.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed according to the Return & Refund Policy and the circumstances of the request. A refund is not automatic.
9. Prohibited activities
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent your identity, share or reproduce assessment content without permission, or submit work on behalf of another user.
10. No employment guarantee
Assessments and certificates are intended to demonstrate completion of a VAIONYX Solutions assessment. They do not guarantee employment, salary, interviews, placement, or acceptance by any employer or institution.
11. Service changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, assessment subjects, or service availability as the platform develops. Information shown for a specific purchase will apply to that service subject to these terms.
12. Intellectual property
Website text, design, assessment materials, and certificate templates are owned by VAIONYX Solutions or used with permission. You may use a certificate issued to you for personal presentation, but may not alter it to misrepresent its issuer or result.
13. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
